These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from MYECOMSUPPLY LLC ("MyEcomsupply", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

MyEcomsupply is operated by MYECOMSUPPLY LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 1928 Cicero Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Our store runs on the Shopify platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Orders for children must be placed by a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

3. Products and personalization

Our items are 3D printed to order. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and because each item is made by hand, small variations in texture, layer lines and size are normal and are not defects. You are responsible for the name, text, spelling, colors and options you enter at checkout. We print exactly what you submit.

4. Content you provide

When you submit a name, logo, image or text for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. We may refuse any order that contains offensive, unlawful or infringing content, or content we believe we're not allowed to reproduce, and we'll refund you if we do.

5. Product safety and intended use

Our keychains and bag tags are decorative accessories, not toys. They contain small parts (rings, clasps and cables) and are not intended for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended. Keep products away from high heat, as PLA plastic can soften or warp.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

7. Orders

We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or can't fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we'll issue a full refund.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

9. Fundraising and partner programs

When we advertise that part of a sale supports a school or organization, the amount, time period and how it is paid will be stated in that promotion. Third-party names and logos are used only with permission.

10. Intellectual property

Our designs, photos, text and logos belong to MyEcomsupply and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Product names of other brands (for example, Jeep®) are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable US federal law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
