Shipping policy

Every item is made to order in Tennessee. Here is how long it takes and how it gets to you.

Processing time

Orders are printed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During busy seasons or for large orders, we'll email you if it will take longer.

Shipping within the US

Shipping is free on US orders of $25 or more. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $8.00 (Standard, 3 to 5 business days). Need it faster? Express shipping (1 to 2 business days) is $15.00. We ship with USPS or another trusted carrier. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International shipping

At this time we only ship within the United States. If you're outside the US, contact us and we'll let you know if we can help.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship it after you pay the new shipping cost.
